All of our senior instructors have real world experience in high stress situations involving some of the most fierce environments such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Law enforcement, MMA, Submission only tournaments, and real world attacks on the street. This molds our philosophy that we must be efficient, effective and we must also be safe in our training methods. After all, if you get injured in training you can't use your techniques if attacked in the street.
We have trained clients from all walks of life from 5 to 75 (really, more than just one 75 year old). At Tribe-K we model what we teach around what our students strengths and weaknesses are so that physical limitations and age are not a mitigating factor.
Firearms instruction in marksmanship and tactics. Our staff are currently holding classes at some of the most sought after training centers in the world. We also offer a stream lined self preservation curriculum. Aimed at the realities of a real world attack in the street on unforgiving surfaces in unfamiliar places against an attacker bent on taking your life.
Gi and no Gi Jiu Jitsu as well as Traditional Jujitsu and Judo. All combined into our own method proven in countless tournaments and real self defense situations.
Based around our Filipino martial arts and Japanese sword arts. We have been developing this system over the past 10 years and reefing it since we shot the Kali level one video back in 2007.
The objective with our competitive martial arts is not only to be able to apply techniques under extreme duress but also the physical fitness benefits and camaraderie of working on a team.
While most of our schools no longer cater to this sport in regular classes our instructors still teach seminars and privates for serious athletes.
Our senior instructors are currently working on a stick fighting video specifically aimed at sparring techniques.
